Maybe, just an idea, you could make another link to your friends list on the homepage, like, where it says "View Profile" "Messages (0)" and so on and so forth. It might just make it easier.

Well, no... you know how on the homepage there are the links to Profile, add game, messages, and log out? You should have another link there to your frinds, so you can go from the homepage to your friends list, then to your friends pages.
